Matthew Brooke is a Sydney-based building and civil contractor delivering civil & concreting, remedial building, fit-out & refurbishments, demolition, general works, and reactive/planned maintenance for live, regulated, and time-critical sites across NSW.
Goal of the Site

- Establish credibility for potential clients
- Convert procurement traffic into qualified enquiries and tenders
- Communicate disciplined delivery: scope clarity, program control, built-in safety, defect-free close
- Remain minimal, fast, and accessible
Design Style
Aesthetic: Monochrome, minimalist, high-contrast.
Typography: Bold headings + humanist body for scannability.
Imagery: No images. Use typography and layouting only.
Tone: Technical, concise, procurement-friendly; claims paired with controls/metrics
Information Architecture
Key Constraints
- Website should not use any imagery and photos.
Solution : Use interesting layout and bold headings. - No testimonials from past projects should be shown.
Solution: Use Process (How We Deliver Section) as proof, four-step delivery model with measurable targets. Also use KPI and performance number to gain client’s trust.
Design Draft
These are the initial design draft that we sent to the client. We provide 2 options, and the client like Option 1. Then we move forward and do revision from that version.
